Over 12 lessons of in-depth, practical curriculum, you’ll learn how to live in a state of flow by practicing Emotional Response-Ability™. Past participants have reported immediate and lasting improvements in their emotional intelligence, relationship satisfaction, job performance, and mental well-being.

Each lesson includes an hour of prework in which participants watch a video and then apply a technique to a real-life situation, followed by a live one-hour group Zoom (recorded) in which participants share what they’ve learned and receive group coaching.
